We signed up for the reiki workshop for adult and my teenage kids, and Nidhi was a wonderful reiki teacher. For the adult workshop, we learned how ti balance our chakras and basic reiki healing. It was really helpful to learn basic healing and mindfulness, and everything was done in a safe space. Refreshments were also provided (we really enjoyed those!). 10/10 would experience it again, perhaps Reiki II. Thank you Nidhi and The Sunshine Lab!
